Don't worry, that post title is only German for, "The Electoral College The."
David S. Bennahum, whom I've never heard of, has posted some highlights from a talk of his on the need for, "abolishing the electoral college." Scary data I say. ACHTUNG!

The problem with that is the whole reason for the Electoral College in the first place was to prevent the larger states from dominating the smaller ones. In order to abolish it, you'd need 3/4ths of the states to ratify a Constitutional ammendment to that effect, and none of the smaller states are dumb enough to give up their advantage. It's an unfair system, but it's not likely to change any time soon.
